POSITION SUMMARY:

A Franchise Success Manager is the main point of contact as franchisees open new locations and provides powerful coaching to get their businesses stable, integrate strategic planning to support future growth, and manage development schedules as market scalability continues to prioritize over time.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years in previous Franchise Business Coaching role or similar experience
  • Associates degree in Business or related field
  • Strong relationship / people management and coaching skills
  • Ability to create and implement strategic changes and processes for internal and external use
  • Highly competent in business leadership and operations
  • Understands how to use and manage business technologies

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or related field
  • 5+ years in operations leadership role
  • Franchise development experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • This is a remote position with required travel to supporting businesses and to the Corporate Office in Jupiter, FL.
  • Ability to travel; Local and domestic travel up to 75%
  • Ability to work remotely from home and within an office environment and have significant interaction via telephone, videoconference, etc.
  • Ability to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets
  • Ability to stand and/or sit for up to eight hours or more at a time and use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear; walk, sit, climb, or balance, and stoop, kneel, or crouch; lift and/or move up to 25 pounds


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support a network consisting of anywhere between 30-40 franchisees and upwards up 60 locations in local and regional markets.
  • Provide quarterly, semi-annual, and annual on-site coaching for all supporting locations.
  • Deliver Scenthound Franchise Partners business stability support and coaching for newly opened locations in domestic markets
  • Create and implement strategic business plans/ strategies alongside Scenthound Franchise Partners
  • Ensure multi-unit Franchise Partners are on-track to fulfill pre-determined requirements of their development agreements
  • Assist in creating / enhancing internal support processes to ensure franchisees receive best support from Franchise Success Management team
  • Develop and manage SMART action plans while linking business performance trends to business/employee functions
  • Ensure Franchise Partner compliance with procedures, processes, and set standards
  • Serve as an advocate for Scenthound Franchise Partners in discussions with internal & external stakeholders
  • Provide Franchise Partners with appropriate coaching, training, education, and development tools regarding the franchise opening process
  • Provide positive, constructive, and actionable feedback on a regular basis
  • Assist in the development of process-improvements with other members of the Scenthound Scentral team
